Patrick Tyler has been promoted from supervisor to manager for customer service at US aviation-parts supplier Avatar Alliance, of Stratford, Connecticut. Nanda Muldowney replaces Tyler as customer service supervisor. Muldowney was formerly customer service manager for Interturbine, of Los Angeles, California. Francisco Tizon becomes managing director for Latin America. He was formerly director of aviation sales at Gulf Components, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
