Avatar Alliance, of Stratford, Connecticut, a seven-member Aircraft parts re-marketing venture, has appointed Michael Moore vice-president of marketing, sales and service. Rawleigh Tremain becomes vice-president of Atlanta operations; and Frederic Smith is named vice-president of human resources. They will be based at the Atlanta, Georgia, operations centre. Moore was previously vice-president of sales and marketing at UNC Airwork; Tremain has most recently been involved in the start-up of the King Fahd International Airport in Saudi Arabia; and Smith has retired, as a full colonel, from the US Air Force.
