James Niece has been appointed vice-president of marketing and sales at Avatar Alliance, of Fairburn, Georgia. He was formerly head of consultancy James Niece and Associates of Umatilla, Florida, and, before that, he was group director for sales and marketing at Aviall Aviation Sales, based in Miami, Florida.
