Hunt Valley, Maryland-based Avcard, which provides credit cards, commercial-transaction data and contract fuel to corporate flight departments and fixed-base operators, has promoted Susan Howard to director international marketing. Howard had been manager international marketing for the past three years. Tarique Khan has been appointed manager international services. He joins from BaseOps, where he was head of international business development.
