Cornelius Van Den Handel has become treasurer and director of planning at aviation-parts distributor Aviall, of Dallas, Texas. He was most recently director of financial planning and analysis. Charles Kienzle has been named senior vice-president of operations He was most recently senior vice-president of operations at Aviall US Engine Services, which was sold to Greenwich Air Services in June. Rodney Brown is appointed regional-airline programme manager. He was formerly a regional sales representative at Aviall's Atlanta, Georgia, centre.
