UK defence/aerospace grouping Avicore has completed a deal to acquire Enertec, the data-acquisition and recording arm of France's Schlumberger group. Enertec, based in Paris, has annual sales of around Fr190 million ($33 million) and employs 180 people. The deal follows Avicore's earlier buy-out of W Vinten, a UK specialist in reconnaissance and electronic countermeasure systems.
