B/E Aerospace buys CF Taylor for $25 million

B/E Aerospace has acquired the CF Taylor commercial aircraft cabin interiors business from TI Group for about $25 million cash. CF Taylor will become part of B/E's newly formed Flight Structures and Integration Group.
