Bad week for:
BOEING, whose top lawyer has warned that recent ethics scandals could cause the company major damage. General counsel Doug Bain told executives that it could face severe sanctions over defence scandals and alleged breaches of export laws as well as possible indictment. He warned Boeing could be banned from US defence contracts or denied export licences for military and commercial sales. Fifteen Boeing vice-presidents have been pushed out for “ethical lapses” in recent years.
