BAE Systems will on 1 November receive a contract worth between £20 million ($40.7 million) and £100 million to support initial operations of the Royal Air Force's Nimrod MRA4 reconnaissance aircraft from late this decade, with the deal to also cover the type's Rolls-Royce BR710 engines. BAE has meanwhile announced that it is to recruit a new chief executive, with Mike Turner to retire from the post next August.
