Sir - I refer to the article "Baltic first for Boeing" (Flight International, 19-25 July, P12). While it is correct to state that, this was the first delivery of a new Boeing to a Baltic States operator, it is not the first to be operated in that region. That honour goes to Lithuanian Airlines, which has operated a Boeing 737-200 on lease from GPA since December 1991. A second 737-200 joined the fleet recently.
