Beijing Capital Airlines and Spring Airlines have applied to the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC) to launch six new international services.

Services on all three routes will be operated using Airbus A320 family aircraft.
Spring is meanwhile applying for the launch of thrice weekly services from Shenyang and Harbin to Jeju. In addition, it also wants to launch a four-times weekly Tianjin-Jeju service.
Services on all three routes will be operated using Airbus A320s.
Beijing Capital will compete with Thai AirAsia on the Xian-Bangkok and All Nippon Airways on the Hangzhou Osaka routes. It will be the only operator between Xian and Phuket.
Spring will compete with China Southern Airlines on services from Shenyang and Harbin to Jeju. It will also compete with Tianjin Airlines and Okay Airways on the Tianjin-Jeju route.
The CAAC is calling for parties with objections to submit their comments by 14 November.
