US air medical services operator CJ Systems Aviation Group has ordered 10 Bell 429 light twins and placed options on 10 more, taking the orderbook to 195 helicopters. Bell has also announced 62 orders from international dealers for the newly launched 417 light turbine single, taking the total to 117.

The US government has blacklisted more private companies over alleged connections to the training of Chinese military aviators, including two firms operated by former test pilots in the UK Royal Air Force and South African air force.
