Beriev is to establish a seaplane training school at its Taganrog base on Russia's Black Sea coast. It plans to use Be-12twin turboprop, Be-200 twin-jet and Be-103 twin-piston aircraft at the school, which will be open to licensed pilots to obtain water check-outs and type ratings.
