Bhutan's Druk Air has become the surprise launch customer for BAE Systems' new Avro RJX-85, with an order for two. The tiny national carrier operates two British Aerospace 146-100s that it will replace with the new aircraft in 2001 and 2002, although it may have one of its 146s converted into a freighter.
