London's Biggin Hill Airport plans to develop its passenger terminal into a dedicated business and private aviation centre if it gets approval to develop a new £15 million ($24 million) terminal. The airport has a VIP terminal for executive aircraft, with a pilots' lounge, VIP lounge and conference and meeting centre. In its long-term forecast, the airport predicts 9,000 business and general aviation movements in 2005, rising to 12,500 in 2015.
