The US and Philippine Governments, have signed a new liberalised bilateral agreement, which had been agreed between them in September. Under the aviation pact, both countries can designate two additional all-cargo carriers in the market. The agreement allows US cargo carriers to conduct hubbing operations at Subic Bay and Manila with increased operating flexibility, while the Philippine Government was awarded four new US gateways.
