Biman Bangladesh Airlines has reissued a tender for C-checks on two of its Boeing 777-300ERs.
The airline is seeking the checks for aircraft bearing registrations S2-AFO and S2-AFP, which were delivered to the airline in 2011.
Biman says it is scheduling the checks to be completed in May and June this year. This is a push back from the April and May timeline it set in its previous tender.
It is inviting responses from MROs which have completed at least seven such checks in the last three years, and also hold either US Federal Aviation Administration or European Aviation Safety Agency approvals.
The tender closes on 7 April at 14:00 local time in Dhaka.
Flightglobal’s Ascend Online Fleets database shows that the airline recently took delivery of a third 777-300ER, taking its total fleet size up to seven aircraft.
