Boeing yesterday released its latest price list, which for the first time includes the manufacturer’s planned 747-8 family, which is priced around $280 million, the $232.5 million to $240 million 777 freighter, and the 787-9, which ranges from $178.5 million to $188 million.
The manufacturer says the new list prices on average rise about 4%, a rate consistent with general inflation rate for manufactured goods.
Boeing’s latest price ranges for its five basic aircraft families are as follows:
