Pat Shanahan, vice-president for missile defence systems at Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, succeeds Mike Bair as vice-president and general manager of the 787 programme. Bair takes over as vice-president for business strategy and marketing for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, replacing Michael Cave, who takes over from Shephard Hill as senior vice-president for business development and strategy at Boeing Corporate Offices. Hill becomes president of Boeing International, replacing Laurette Koellner, who retires.
