Boeing is joining the Airline Group bid to secure a 46% stake in the UK's National Air Traffic Services. The Airline Group, which comprises the UK's leading carriers, is battling with a Serco-led consortium for the acquisition. Meanwhile the US company's narrow-body jet deliveries will be disrupted for up to two weeks as a result of damage to the runway at Boeing Field caused by an earthquake close to Seattle on 28 February.
