Boeing trust

Boeing has set up a $1 billion share scheme designed to give its employees a stake in the company. The Boeing ShareValue Trust will initially hold more than 11 million shares contributed by the company, with employees being offered the chance to make gains from the investment depending on how it performs over set two- to four-year periods.
