Jim Dagnon has been appointed senior vice-president for the newly created People division at Seattle-based Boeing, with effect from 1 May. He is now senior vice-president for employee relations at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe corporation, based in Fort Worth, Texas. He will also be appointed a member of the Boeing Executive Council, and will report to Boeing chairman and chief executive Phil Condit.
