Bombardier Flexjet has announced enhancements to its fractional programme, allowing owners to swap hours with other owners.

Versatility Plus is a "performance breakthrough unique to the industry," says president of Bombardier Flexjet, Michael McQuay. "This new benefit enables Flexjet owners to exchange hours among them. It gives Flexjet owners access to additional hours and the opportunity to realise value from unused hours. The result: increased performance and value."

Owners can place or draw up to 25% of their allocated annual hours each year in the pool. An owner of an eighth share with an allocated 100 hours could put up to 25 hours into the pool each year.

"It's another way we continue to innovate on our owners' behalf," McQuay said on the eve of the show.

Flexjet has also named a new maintenance partner handing its Dallas area support to Million Air. The company, which provides upscale, private aviation services, has 24 US and Caribbean facilities. It's flagship operation in Dallas has consistently been rated the number one FBO in Dallas and among the top 10 in the country according to Flexjet.

Announcing the deal, McQuay said: "Million Air has demonstrated a strong understanding of our unique business needs and possesses the attributes Bombardier seeks in its partnerships. We know our owners will appreciate the all the benefits this relationship delivers.
