The president and chief operating officer of Bombardier Inc has resigned and will not be replaced. Instead the company is reorganising its operations into five groups, including Bombardier Aerospace, each headed by a president and chief operating officer. Robert Brown will hold both these roles at Bombardier Aerospace, which will also include Shorts Aerospace.
