BRUNEI HAS selected the Texas Instruments (TI) APS-134 surveillance radar for its IPTN CN-235 maritime patrol aircraft (MPA), according to sources close to the programme.
TI competed with GEC-Marconi, offering the Seaspray 4000, and Thomson-CSF, pushing the Ocean MAster 100. Brunei selected ARGOSystem as integrator for the programme.
