Royal Brunei Airlines aims to dispose of its two General Electric CF6-80C2-powered Boeing 767-300ERs and to standardise its fleet around Pratt & Whitney PW4056-powered twinjets. The two GE-powered 767s were destined for Air France, but these were deferred and acquired by Royal Brunei in April 1996. The airline has found them difficult to support. Its two Rolls-Royce RB.211-powered Boeing 757s and two Fokker 100s are also being sold.
