Bulgarian charter carrier BH Air has selected maintenance firm Turkish Technic to provide landing-gear overhaul as well as other inspection and repair work for its Airbus A320 aircraft.
Sofia-based BH Air was founded in 2001 and operates four A320s and an A319 for the Bulgarian tour company Balkan Holidays.
The agreement with Turkish Technic covers three A320s and the work, says the maintenance firm, will be conducted at its Istanbul base until the end of March next year.
BH Air operates services from regions in Europe including the UK and Scandinavia. It has also previously provided wet-lease services to carriers including Virgin Nigeria and Air Arabia.
