S-76d for premier
Irish aircraft management and sales company Premier Aviation Services has ordered three Sikorsky S-76D corporate helicopters from UK distributor Harrods Aviation Aircraft Sales. Premier will operate one S-76D from Weston airport in Dublin for an Irish financial institution and will manage the other two on behalf of undisclosed private or corporate customers.
BEIRUT LEGACY
Embraer has sold a Legacy 600 to Beirut, Lebanon-based Fransabank for delivery in the third quarter of this year; and another to Celtel International, a subsidiary of Kuwait-based mobile telephone service provider MTC, for delivery in the fourth quarter.
VERSACE INTERIORS
Italian stylist Versace has signed an agreement with Swiss charter operator TAG Aviation to design and manufacture luxury interiors for the Bombardier Global Express and Boeing Business Jet operated by TAG. Prices for the interiors will start at around $10 million.
Learjet space
Lufthansa Bombardier Aviation Services is building a dedicated six-aircraft Learjet hangar at Berlin Schonefeld airport that will double the space available for maintenance of Bombardier’s light/mid-size jet family.
GLOBAL EVS
Montreal-based ABC Completions has installed the Maz-Viz EVS-1000 enhanced vision system on another Bombardier Global Express.
