INDIAN MUSTANG

Cessna has won Indian certification for its Citation Mustang , bringing to 60 the number of countries that have approved the entry-level business jet. Cessna has delivered more than 300 Mustangs since the six-seat aircraft entered service three years ago, including in July the first to an owner flyer in China. This delivery coincided with the handover of three 208 Caravan single-engined turboprops to Shanghai HaoHai, Zhongshan Eagle and Hainan Asia Pacific.


LEARJET 85 CONTRACT

Bombardier has awarded a contract to PPG Industries' aerospace transparencies group to design and manufacture heated glass windshields and side cockpit windows for its Learjet 85 midsize business jet, with deliveries to begin in the first quarter of 2011.


PC-12 MILESTONE

Pilatus has delivered the 1,000th PC-12 since the since the single-engined aircraft entered service 16 years ago. The Swiss airframer says the fleet has amassed 2.6 million flight hours across numerous roles including executive transport, commuter, air ambulance, police and border surveillance, cargo, incident response and military liaison.
