The conference programme at this year’s event will offer an ‘elevated experience’ to the business aviation community, says EBAA

Under a partnership with show organiser the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), Flight Daily News Live will take place on a dedicated stage over three days at Geneva’s Palexpo, with a mix of pre-arranged panels and one-to-one interviews with industry leaders. In addition, each morning, Flightglobal journalists will dissect the breaking news, going behind the headlines to give attendees deeper insight into the day’s big stories.

It is part of a wider conference agenda at the new look trade show, which will also feature content on innovation and air operations.

In addition, FlightGlobal will publish two editions of Flight Daily News, continuing our print coverage of the annual European business aviation event that began in 2005.

EBAA’s chief operating officer Robert Baltus describes 2025 as a “turning point” for EBACE, which began in 2001 and had been jointly run with the National Business Aviation Association until EBAA split with its US sister organisation after the 2024 show. This year’s convention will not include an aircraft static display for the first time.

“We’re excited to offer an elevated experience for the entire business aviation community,” says Baltus. “Our improved conference agenda will take a refreshed format, delivering actionable content across three new stages, while tackling the topics that matter most to our members.”

He adds: “We’re excited to offer a new dimension to EBACE through our partnership with FlightGlobal. Hearing breaking news as it happens will not only elevate the attendee experience but offer the opportunity for exhibitors to connect with visitors like never before.”

Following the integration of EBAA’s AIROPS conference, the AIROPS stage will deliver in-depth sessions focused on crucial flight operations topics such as regulation, security and safety, offering practical takeaways for operational professionals.

The Innovation stage will explore the developments shaping the future of business aviation. Split into two segments – innovation and sustainability – the stage will feature sessions on advanced air mobility, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and sustainability and compliance.

Baltus adds: “Alongside our dedicated stages, we’ll be hosting more general sessions on the charter market, aircraft sales, and maintenance. With something for everybody at EBACE, there is no other place in Europe to experience this standard of market intelligence.”

EBACE will take place from 20-22 May.

The full conference agenda will be available on the EBACE website in the coming weeks.
