One aircraft on the NBAA static display at Orlando Executive has a real rarity value. It is one of only 11 Envoy 3 jets in the world.
The Envoy, on show with Duncan Aviation, was developed as a VIP variant of the regional Dornier 328JET. The model on display, serial number 3209, was designed and converted at the factory in Germany for VIP demonstration by Dornier 328 Services. As a result, this aircraft incorporates VIP features available in 2002.

Designed by Robin Dunlop, the cabin interior is configured with 12 executive club seats, four crew seats, and six inflatable beds. A full-cabin, “tuned” passive noise reduction system provides a particularly comfortable in-flight experience. The custom-designed Control Concepts entertainment system ensures everyone can relax and enjoy, with individual 10in monitors, fore/aft 14in monitors, a credenza pop-up 31in TV, dual AVOD movie storage (500 movie capacity), a Blu-ray player, Xbox video game console and player, internal and external audio input sources, high-speed internet and a complete surround sound system.
The 2,100nm (3,890km) capable Envoy is part of the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA) display and is on the market.
