Pilatus has delivered the first of two PC-24s to US self-storage company and long-time customer U-Haul International.
The superlight business jet – serial number 127, registered N124UH – was handed over on 29 April at the Swiss airframer's North American subsidiary in Broomfield, Colorado.

Joining U-Haul's existing pair of PC-12 single-engined turboprops, the eight-seat jet will be used in a corporate transport role.
Joe Shoen, chairman of U-Haul parent company AMERCO says the firm has been "eagerly looking forward" to the PC-24's arrival since Pilatus unveiled the Williams International FJ44-4A-powered twin in 2013.
"We were confident that it would be a real workhorse that, alongside our two PC-12s, would help us manage our growing operations throughout North America," says Shoen.
Phoenix, Arizona-based U-Haul will take delivery of its second PC-24 (MSN163) in early 2020, Pilatus says.
The PC-24 entered service on 1 April 2018 with US fractional ownership company and fellow PC-12 operator PlaneSense. To date the global in-service fleet of 25 aircraft has logged over 4,000 flight hours, says Pilatus. Output of 40 PC-24s is planned for in 2019.
