Smiths Aerospace has appointed Vic Bonneau (above) president of its electrical power business. Embraer has selected Frederico Fleury Curado to succeed Maurício Botelho as president and chief executive from April 2007. Botelho will stay on as chairman of the board of directors. Kellstrom Industries has appointed Scott Campbell vice-president of sales of Kellstrom Defense Aerospace, Todd Jensen as head of engine purchasing and inventory management for Kellstrom Commercial Aerospace and Bob Lamond as senior sales director, commercial engine sales. Seabury Group has promoted Martin Wills to executive director and boosted its aviation expertise with Andy Phillips, Max Reilly, Ross McKenzie and Thompson Young. Mark Rosenker has taken on the role of US National Transportatiion Safety Board chairman, and Robert Sumwalt has been elected to the board. Michael Hough has joined the board of EADS North America Defense. L-3 Communications has named Joseph Homko president of its KDI Precision Products subsidiary. Lois Bailey (below) becomes head of international licensing.
