Good Week

Aeroconseil,
which is kicking off the new year with an ambitious expansion plan. Last week it increased its share capital to €6 million ($8 million) by incorporating subsidiaries ATS International and Seditec into one entity with Aeroconseil. New facilities in Brazil and the USA along with the increased share capital will allow the Toulouse-based company - which will now be split into two divisions, Seditec and ATS International - to grow its international business.

 

Stork.
First came the news shareholders Centaurus and Paulson were demanding a judicial probe into its refusal to bow to demands to divest non-core businesses. Now Stork's Fokker Services division has abandoned the first phase of its US expansion plan - investing in TAT Technologies' US subsidiaries Piedmont Aviation and Limco Airepair - after the discovery of "unexpected complexities". TAT plans a public offering or private placement to raise funds for the subsidiaries.
