Embedded simulation provider BVR Systems has acquired US Blue Ridge Simulation it said at the show yesterday.
Blue Ridge supplies radar simulators to US Department of Defence and commercial training organisations. “BRS’ products will extend our capabilities in simulating advanced airborne, naval and civilian radars for both virtual and live training systems,” says BVR chief executive Ian Gillies.
BVR’s Embedded Virtual Avionics (EVA) system is being featured at the show aboard the Aermacchi M-311 jet trainer.
