Swire Pacific says that it has completed the $8 billion share deals, which will give Chinese investment groups a large stake in its Cathay Pacific Airways and Dragonair subsidiaries. Swire loses an overall majority in Cathay, with China's Citic increasing its holding to 25%, while China National Aviation will take 36% in Dragonair.
