Calspan SRL has sold its Military Products group to Tracor Aerospace after agreeing to merge with Veda International and focus on its research, development, test and evaluation support business. The group, which specialises in displays, had 1996 sales of some $16 million. Calspan/Veda, meanwhile, will have annual sales exceeding $250 million.
