Sir-Would any of your readers point us in the direction of a report on the pros and cons (both technical and financial) of wing-mounted versus tail-mounted twin-engined jet-powered airlincrs? Boeing favours wing mounts, whereas Fokker and McDonnell Douglas focus on the rear. Can you help?
