Canada 3000 has taken delivery of a new Airbus A340-300 on lease from International Lease Finance, which will be used on new direct services between Toronto and Delhi and between Vancouver and Delhi, starting later this month. Toronto-Delhi will be operated twice weekly and the Vancouver-Delhi service will run once a week using the A340, on a polar route. A one-stop, twice weekly service between Toronto and Mumbai will begin in November using an Airbus A330-200 with a technical stop at London Gatwick.
