Korean Airlines (KAL) and Air China have signed a $210 million agreement to build and operate jointly an air-cargo terminal at Beijing's Capital Airport. KAL will hold a 49% stake in the Beijing International New Cargo Terminal and Air China the remainder.

The 56,100m2 site will be capable of handling six Boeing 747 freighters simultaneously and will have an annual capacity of 700,000t.
