Lee Steele has become president of scheduled passenger carrier Carnival Air Lines of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He replaces Raymond Vecci, who moves to Northwest Airlines. Steele has been a consultant to Carnival for the past four months, and has held senior positions within MGM Grand Air, Arrow Air and Eastern Airlines, where he was vice-president of system control.
