Century Aerospace says that it has 15 firm orders for its Century Jet single-engined business jet, and expects to finish the year with over 20 orders. Specification changes mean that the latest schedule has the aircraft roll-out and flight test set for mid-1999. First deliveries will come at the end of 2000.Roy Norris, the ex-Raytheon Aircraft boss has joined the project as an advisor.
