Cessna Aircraft is expected to announce that it has delayed certification of its Citation X high-speed business jet until the second quarter of 1996. Partial US certification had been expected by the end of 1995, but the manufacturer has decided instead to aim for full certification of the Mach 0.92 aircraft.
