Cessna has received US certification for the 172S Skyhawk SP equipped with Garmin G1000 integrated glass cockpit. Approval of the Garmin-equipped 172R Skyhawk GA, which is aimed at the flight training market, is expected this week, and will mean all of Cessna's piston singles are available with the G1000.
