Boeing has delivered the first remanufactured CH-47F Chinook heavylift helicopter to the US Army. The second development prototype will be used for lead-the-fleet testing at Ft Rucker, Alabama. The Army plans to upgrade 300 of its 432 CH-47Ds to F standard.
