The third crew member of the Bombardier Challenger 604 flight-test aircraft which crashed on take-off at Wichita, Kansas, on 10 October has died from his injuries. Test pilot Eric Fiore was badly burned in the crash, which killed test pilot Bryan Ireland and flight test engineer David Riggs.
