CHC Helicopters has signed a letter of intent to sell its 37.8% stake in Spanish helicopter operator Inaer, part of its 2004 acquisition of Schreiner Aviation Group, with proceeds estimated at C$45 million ($36.7 million). As part of moves to focus on offshore support services, Vancouver-based CHC has also agreed to sell its remaining 45% interest in onshore operator Canadian Helicopters.
