Chinese manufacturer Chengdu conducted a 16min first flight of its fourth prototype FC-1 light fighter on 28 April. The company – which has so far only secured orders for 16 FC-1s from Pakistan – hopes to increase Chinese air force interest in the design by flying its latest prototype at November’s Zhuhai air show.
