Airbus Industrie and China Aircraft Supplies (CASC) have begun construction of a new joint-venture training and support centre at Beijing Capital Airport. The $50 million site is due to open in 1996. It will consist of a 8,200m2 (88,000ft2) training site equipped with two flight simulators, including an A320 device, and a 5,000m2 spares service centre.
