China's first privately owned Learjet corporate aircraft will be delivered to Hainan Airlines in April. The Learjet 55 was purchased from a US operator and is being refurbished by Learjet. The aircraft will be used for charter flights.

The Federal Aviation Administration has ordered inspections of the Gulfstream G500 and G600 fleet in response to a “quality escape” involving improperly installed engine-mounting hardware.
